**About the role**

The Project Coordinator is a member of the Onboarding team and reports to the Delivery Manager. At Enkel, Onboarding is responsible for making a fantastic first impression with the client and creating a solid foundation for a successful lasting relationship. The Project Coordinator is responsible for ensuring efficient and timely project management. Communication among all stakeholders is a critical aspect of this role. The Project Coordinator role offers tremendous growth opportunities for the successful applicant.

**What Your Day Looks Like**
- Execute various aspects of client onboarding with strict deadlines. This includes engaging with customers, IT, and other internal stakeholders, ensuring timely delivery throughout projects.
- Work with vendors and internal team members to migrate Client data to Enkel approved platforms in payroll and accounting.
- Oversee the Onboarding function and work closely with clients and internal stakeholder (client success team, sales, and technical teams) to execute on all activities as outlined in the scope of work.
- Manage and track day-to-day activities required to ensure project tasks are completed on time.
- Keep management informed through regular reporting while taking Enkel onboarding to the next level.
- Demonstrate effective communication and engagement with clients that sets them up for success.

**What You Bring**:

- 8-10 years in a project coordinator role, preferably focused on service delivery
- Post-secondary education from a recognized institution
- Aspiring for PMP or CAPM designation is preferred
