Drafter/draftsperson

**About us**

We design, build, manufacture, install, and service Medical and Industrial Oxygen Concentrators and Mining Refuge Systems Worldwide. Our Manufacturing Centre is located in Morden, MB.

We are looking for a self-driven draftsperson who can work independently, as well as a team member, with high attention to detail, and who provides valuable input in designing our product. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- Prepare and maintain engineering drawings using the SolidWorks CAD program;
- Complete new designs as well as update existing ones;
- Create and update Bill of Materials, Weldment, and Cut-Lists for production processes;
- Create and track drawings and documents using a document management system;
- Reliably check and sign off on detailed drawings for fabrications;
- Willing to obtain a working knowledge of CSA standards and regulations used in our scope;
- Willingness to learn and grow with our expanding company. Requirements:

- Knowledge of metal fabrication processes;
- Minimum 2 years experience in manufacturing.

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Morden, MB: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- AutoCAD: 2 years (preferred)
- drafting: 1 year (preferred)
