**We are looking for a housekeeper to join our amazing team in one of our beautiful care facilities.**

**Previous experience working with the senior community is**_ preferred_** but not required.**

**Facility address**:Shannon Falls - 28335 3rd Avenue, Squamish, BC, V8B 0S2
**Position details**:Permanent Full-Time; Tuesday - Saturday (0800-1600 or 0900-1700)
**Compensation**:$19.39 per hour + extended health and dental benefits

**Responsibilities**
- Cleans areas such as floors, stairways, walls, windows and walkways, carpets and rugs.
- Cleans items such as furniture, woodwork, ledges, fixtures and blinds/ curtains.
- Cleans and sanitizes washrooms and replenishes items such as soap and towels.
- Maintains cleanliness and organization of resident rooms and washrooms.
- Prepares cleaning solutions and utilizes cleaning supplies in accordance with established procedures.
- Empties and cleans waste containers and removes garbage from building.
- Helps remove furniture from rooms and puts in storage area.
- Preforms other related duties as assigned.
- Grade 10 or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
- WHMIS Certificate.
- Cultural education and experience are preferred
