As the largest privately-owned AI company in the world, it is our people who make the difference. We have an immediate opening for a full-time Import/Export Coordinator located at our Balzac, Alberta office.

The primary purpose of this position is to coordinate the logístical needs of our sales groups. This includes the executing order-to-invoice process and acts as a point of customer service to International customers.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Full cycle order processing as per the established process - order receipt, processing, inventory management, export documentation development, logistic arrangement, invoicing.
- Be the primary contact and ensure timely and accurate communication with Alta’s International Sales Managers.
- Determine the eligibility of products and update customers with product availability.
- Prepare, and if required, authorize and legalize all export-related documents. (eg. Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, Certificate of Origin, Health Certificate, etc.)
- Coordinate all Inbound and Outbound Freight
- Maintain customer services logs.
- Contribute to process and productivity improvement and general projects as assigned under the discretion and supervision of the Manager, Supply Chain Planning and Export.

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Two or more years of supply chain/logistics/administration experience in an office environment.
- Strong and concise written and verbal communication skills.
- Eye for detail and accuracy.
- Strong organizational skills to coordinate multiple tasks and projects.
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills to address contentious issues, and ensure collaborative problem solving with a resolution
- Strong interpersonal skills with a proven track record of teamwork.
- Ability to adapt quickly, be flexible, and manage change effectively.
- Proficient in MS Office software.
- Previous experience with major ERP system an asset.
