Located in the beautiful small town of Goderich, Art's Landscaping & Asphalt Paving has been in business for 60 years.

This is a Crew Lead/Foreman position, working with a crew installing hotmix asphalt on driveways, parking lots, municipal roads.

Responsibilities and Duties
- Operate paver spreader, skidsteer, roller, and packer safely and efficiently on roadwork construction at various jobsites throughout Huron County.
- Set up proper safety controls onsite and follow safety guidelines to ensure a safe work environment.
- Complete jobs in a good and workmanlike manner ensuring work meets industry standards.
- Complete daily paperwork

Qualifications and Skills
- Valid Ontario Class G2 Driver's License with a clean driver abstract
- Experience on a construction crew
- Experience operating construction equipment listed above
- Strong work ethic, problem solving and communication skills to resolve and troubleshoot
- Excellent communication skills, ability to oversee and manage your team
- Strong organizational an time management abilities.
- Employee may be required to perform other related duties as assigned.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Seasonal

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
