Warranty Clerk/administrative Support

Exeter, Canada Experience Camping Ltd. Full time

Looking for a friendly, motivated individual to join our team at Experience Camping RV Sales & Service. This individual will help with the day to day processes of the company from invoicing, to receiving parts, and warranty claims. They will be the first person our customers see when they enter the Service Department.
- Greeting customers coming into the service department
- Direct customers to the appropriate department
- Warranty & Extended Warranty Claims - ie. Entering claims, taking photos, following up with outstanding claims
- Invoicing
- Creating new invoices, following up with outstanding invoices
- Receiving parts
- Organizing and putting away on shelves, labeling
- Making work orders
- Collect parts needed for jobs to be completed the next day
- Ordering parts
- Maintain good working relationship with suppliers
- Light housekeeping duties (cleaning RVs)
- Communicate with techs to complete claims
- Communicate with other members of the company to ensure smooth operations
- Other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS
- Must have good working knowledge of computers and management software
- Must have high school diploma
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to work individually and as a team
- Self starter

Working Hours

8:30am - 5:00pm

**Salary**: From $18.00 per hour

- Exeter, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
