Voila.ca is a new team dedicated to launching and scaling Sobeys new e-commerce grocery home delivery business. This is a rare opportunity to join a start-up within a larger organization. You will help launch and operate a new brand in the Ontario and Quebec markets powered by Ocado Group’s world-leading e-commerce grocery platform. We are looking for experienced, passionate, curious, customer-obsessed, and entrepreneurial individuals to join a diverse and driven team whose mission is to help Canadians stay one step ahead of their busy lives. - Check vans for damage, temperature, fuel levels and direct vans to the appropriate parking spot in the yard
- Notify the fleet team of any defects requiring their attention through a relevant process
- Ensure vans are parked properly and efficiently so that the warehouse dispatch team can easily pick up the vans and bring them to the dock doors for loading
- Assist fleet team in moving vans to offsite maintenance vendor appointments
- Perform circle inspection and record info on van report (new damage, round trip mileage)
- Communicate with CFC operational staff on direction of movement of vans to assigned gates and to entry and exit lanes
- Schedule and execute regular cleaning of the rear interior of vans
- Responsible for occasional "emergency" cleaning of van cabins
- Any other duties required by the company from time to time to ensure the efficient operation of the CFC Yard area and/or fleet of vans

**Job Requirements**:

- Secondary school
- Ease with computers
- Valid G driver's license and good driving record
- Good command of English, spoken and written
- Good knowledge of labor standards - an asset
