Assistant Property Manager

**Overview**
**Responsibilities**
- Conduct regular inspections and address maintenance issues promptly.
- Prioritize repairs, general building maintenance, and cleaning with staff.
- Build and manage long-term client relationships.
- Act as the primary contact for tenants and stakeholders, addressing their concerns.
- Oversee vendors and ensure tasks meet required standards.
- Assist in preparing client agreements and coordinate renovation projects within budget.
- Handle occasional after-hours emergencies effectively.
**Skills**
- Experience in vendor management and client relations.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize.
- Experience in property management or related field.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $40,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
