We are looking for a Security officer holding a First Class Boiler Operator License is **qualified to operate and maintain, and to supervise others in the operation and maintenance of all single burner boilers regardless of energy input**.

**What do you need to qualify?**
- The ability to interact with people in a compassionate and respectful manner.
- Strong communication skills, both verbally and in writing
- A calm demeanor and sound decision-making skills
- Ability to use computers and smartphones with ease.
- A strong desire to provide excellent customer service.
- The ability to sit, stand, walk or drive depending on the positions duties
- BC Security Licence
- Boiler certification
- OFA Certification

**Static Security Guard - General Responsibilities**
- Provide a security presence in various settings
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and the public.
- Ensure client property and personnel are safe secure.
- Conduct foot patrols, including standing and walking.
- Interact with a wide range of people in varied environments.
- Compassionately and respectfully enforce private property laws
- Observe, record, and report activities and security incidents while on shift
