Showroom Consultant

As a Showroom Consultant you are expected to work with homeowners, builders, designers, and plumbers to select product to help them create world class kitchens and bathrooms.

Job Duties:

- Assist showroom customers in assessing their needs, directing their product selections, and closing the sale
- Build and maintain relationships with designers, home builders and homeowners to grow profitable sales
- Provide customers with quick reliable quotes and accurate delivery dates
- Meet or exceed monthly and product specific sales and gross profit targets
- Enter orders and quotes in the system, expedite purchases while maintaining proactive communication with customers
- Understand and follow all safety regulations at all customer locations as well as at the Profit Centre
- Uphold EMCO Core Values at all times
- Perform any other reasonable duties as requested by immediate supervisor or Profit Centre Manager

What we are looking for:

- College and/or University degree
- Minimum 2 years of customer service experience
- Positive attitude and results oriented mindset
- Desire to continuously learn and grow
- Excellent customer service and organizational skills
- Possess a strong work ethic and a high standard of integrity
- Ability to work well independently and in a team setting
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build and maintain strong working relationships with customers, vendors, and teammates
- Proficient in Microsoft Office software
- Preferred Skills, but not required:

- Previous experience with or knowledge of plumbing and building products
- Knowledge of kitchen and bath design trends

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $40,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
