Surreal Fences is currently seeking a motivated Fence Installation Laborer to join our team. 1 year of experience in a construction-related field is preferred. **Responsibilities**:

- Assist with fence installation projects, following instructions from the project supervisor.
- Prepare the work area by clearing debris, digging holes, and leveling the ground as required.
- Measure and cut materials accurately, ensuring proper fit and alignment.
- Install fence components, including posts, panels, gates, and hardware, according to specifications.
- Operate and maintain various hand tools and power equipment used in fence installation.
- Collaborate with the installation team to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of projects.
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Assist in the loading and unloading of materials and equipment.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a construction-related field, preferably in fence installation or a similar trade.
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans and follow instructions accurately.
- Proficiency in using common hand tools and power equipment.
- Physically fit and capable of performing tasks that require lifting, bending, and carrying heavy materials.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work with precision.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Basic understanding of safety protocols and a commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.
- Valid driver's license.

Part-time hours: 40 per week

**Salary**: $20.00-$25.00 per hour

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Overtime
- Weekend availability
