**Position responsibilities**
- Verify vendor packing slips against internal purchase orders
- Verify that material traceability reports align with our internal QAQC requirements
- Expedite orders, communicate to vendors, and track deliveries
- Work to improve systems currently in place
- Report to Warehouse Manager

**Qualifications**
- Detail orientated, proactive, and resourceful
- Familiar with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
- Familiar with QAQC processes
- Previous experience with procurement processes an asset
- Effective communication skills
- Excellent time management skills

**Salary**: $20.00-$23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
