**What it's like to be a Federated Learning Specialist**

We are seeking a passionate Training Specialist to join our team In this role, you will plan and manage a continuous training roadmap that includes both in-person and virtual sessions, ensuring our agents stay updated with industry trends and adult learning philosophies.

**We want your talent**

**If you are great at**:

- Providing an inspiring, engaging onboarding training experience for new agents through our Commercial Producer School (CPS).
- Planning and managing a continuous training roadmap for agents encompassing both facilitator and virtually lead sessions.
- Collaborating with cross functional teams
- Drafting and publishing internal technical communication on programs, product wordings and coverage

**If you have**:

- Post secondary education or a minimum of 5+ years related work experience or demonstrated successful Sales selling experience with sound technical knowledge.
- Demonstrated successful Sales trainer/facilitator experience is an asset.
- Instructional design and adult learning concepts are an asset.
- Bilingual (French/English) is an asset
