We are currently seeking an individual as a part-time Accounts Payable/Administrator in our Steinbach office. This position will require a commitment of 3 days per week (20-25 hrs) with the potential for additional hours.

**Primary Responsibilities**

Accounts Payable
- Receive bills and request approvals from project managers
- Enter bills and credit card purchases
- Enter subcontractor agreements and purchase order details in QB
- Enter invoices in QuickBooks, link to appropriate purchase order
- Prepare monthly payables cheque run
- Prepare holdback reports and cheques
- Reconcile vendor and credit card statement

**Qualifications**
- 1 year accounting experience required
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Attention to detail and strong verbal and written communication skills
- Efficient computer skills and willingness to adapt to change and learn new processes
- Experience with Microsoft Office and QuickBooks Online preferred but not required
- Work well in a team environment as well as individually
