Professional Spray Painter/ Prepper

VDK Group is currently seeking a full-time, detail oriented, professional spray painter/prepper to join our fast growing team.

**Responsibilities include**:

- Prepare, prime, sand and paint different materials including steel and fiberglass
- Mix paint, colour match, and prepare customer samples upon request
- Meet and maintain standards to provide high quality finishes on VDK Entry Door systems
- Clean and maintain work area & equipment
- Maintain a paint schedule and meet dead-lines for jobs to be painted
- Perform other paint/stain related duties as required by Production Manager

**Minimum Qualifications**:

- Experience with staining is an asset
- Ability to identify different colours and ensure consistency
- High level of attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment with frequently changing dynamics
- Excellent organization and time management skills
- Ability to listen to instruction and work well independently

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $20.00-$24.00 per hour
