- Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Assist with the preparation and restoration of concrete surfaces-
- Perform frame carpentry and drywall tasks as needed-
- Read and interpret schematics and blueprints for construction projects-
- Assist with metal stud framing and welding tasks-
- Assist with masonry work, including bricklaying and block laying-
- CSTS-
- WHMIS-
- Have a valid Apprentice ticket/certification in the trade of Carpentry-
- Experience in concrete is an asset-
- Knowledge of frame carpentry, drywall, and metal stud framing techniques-
- Ability to read and interpret schematics and blueprints accurately-
- Familiarity with concrete pumping equipment operation-
- Basic understanding of masonry techniques, including bricklaying and block laying-
- Able to push/pull up to 50 lbs-
- Heavy lifting (up to 50 lbs)-
