Job Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and experienced Bus Driver to join our team. As a Bus Driver, you will be responsible for safely transporting passengers to their destinations. This is a customer service-oriented role that requires excellent communication skills and the ability to provide a comfortable and pleasant experience for passengers.

**Duties**:

- Safely operate a bus and transport passengers to their designated locations
- Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations
- Maintain a clean and well-maintained bus interior
- Assist passengers with boarding and disembarking the bus
- Provide exceptional customer service to all passengers
- Ensure the safety of all passengers during transit
- Communicate effectively with passengers, addressing any questions or concerns
- Follow established routes and schedules
- Complete required paperwork, such as daily logs and incident reports

Qualifications:

- Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) with passenger endorsement
- Clean driving record with no history of accidents or violations
- Previous experience as a bus driver or in a similar role preferred
- Ability to speak languages is highly desirable
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to interact professionally with diverse groups of people
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Mechanical knowledge to perform basic maintenance checks on the bus
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
