**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform carpentry tasks such as framing, installing windows, doors, and siding
- Conduct electrical work as needed
- Lay tiles and work with masonry and concrete forming
- Read and interpret schematics and blueprints
- Handle heavy lifting when necessary
- Execute caulking and other finishing tasks
- Utilize maintenance person skills to complete various projects

**Experience**:

- Proven experience as a Carpenter or in a similar role
- Proficiency in various carpentry skills including siding installation, electrical work, tile laying, masonry, and concrete forming
- Ability to read and interpret schematics and blueprints
- Strong attention to detail and quality craftsmanship
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract, Casual, Seasonal
Contract length: 4 months

Pay: $30.46-$32.30 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
