**The job involves**:
Conceptualize and design creative for a broad spectrum of media using a variety of design methods, creative layouts, copywriting and proofing
Work collaboratively with all multidisciplinary teams to determine project goals, timelines, priorities, budgets and to execute the project from concept to finish
Deliver high-quality work using the visual design standards and meeting technical specifications
Execute powerful and visually appealing creative in accordance with brand standards to enhance communication and marketing strategies
Maintain constant and efficient oral and written communication to a wide range of individuals including vendors, clients, team member and senior management
Possess a strong attention to detail
Working independently and in a team environment
Flexibility to support a 24/7 operation
Post secondary diploma in Graphic Design or related field
3 - 5 years experience in graphic design and print production
Design experience within a fast-paced, in-house design studio or in a corporate marketing environment
Strong graphics software experience, including Adobe Creative Suite CC (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat) and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
Knowledge of web and video editing, HTML, Dreamweaver, Adobe Animate and AfterEffects
Demonstrated experience with advertising production specs and the ability to communicate to vendors
The ability to plan, organize and meet tight deadlines
A portfolio will be required if an interview is granted
