**About us**

Uncle Gino's Pizzeria Inc. is a small new pizza shop downtown Sault Ste. Marie, ON serving old family recipes.

We want to be the best pizza shop in the Sault From start-to-finish, our goal is to deliver the best possible pizza experience.

We are looking for an individual with pizza experience that takes initiative and can keep up in a fast paced environment. If you have a love for pizza and think you can keep up with us, we would love to hear from you

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a professional kitchen
- Previous experience stretching pizza dough and cooking in a pizza oven
- Knowledge of industry standards for safety and sanitation
- Fluent in English and familiarity with kitchen terms and equipment

**Previous pizza cook experience required**

**Responsibilities**:

- Maintaining a fast speed of service, especially during rush times
- Prepare and cook pizzas according to recipes and quality standards
- Taking/Confirming orders via online portals (Skip, Wix and Uber), and from customers either over the phone or in person
- Maintaining a professional manner at all times
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and efficient service
- Assist with meal preparation as needed
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area by:

- wiping down counters, table-tops, walls, doing dishes, taking out and/or changing garages

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual

Pay: $16.55-$19.55 per hour

Expected hours: 12 - 30 per week
