The Opportunity

**Responsibilities**:
- Maintain strategy for crop irrigation- Work closely with grow team to ensure irrigation plan is properly implemented and maintained- Maintain inventory of chemicals and fertilizers on site- Ensure fertilizer concentrate tanks are filled adequately- Respond to fertigation alarms and troubleshoot issues- Take measurements, record data and observations- Execute Standard Operating Procedures related to irrigation- Maintain grow room sanitation protocols- Performs regular calibration of nutrient testing instruments- Monitor soil moisture content of the crop, and obtain water samples for testing- Provide continuous workflow in a processional, team orientated manner with an emphasis on quality in a fast-paced environment- Develop professional and congenial rapport as liaison between your team and other departments associated with the group and its management- Participate in continuous improvements initiatives- Ensure the team is aware of and following work instructions to ensure health of the plant- Receive any incoming shipments in the warehouse and maintain inventory when necessary- Able to work variable shifts to meet business requirements- Other duties as assigned

Experience and Background- Strong excel and computer skills- Ability to organize/prioritize workload- Attention to detail and accuracy- Knowledge of irrigation/environmental systems an asset
