Gravel Truck Operator

Duncan, Canada PETERS HAULING Full time

**PETERS HAULING is seeking a class 1 or 3 with air endorsement to operate local gravel truck. This position will be Monday-Friday with a possibility of overtime.**

**Requirements**:

- Must have Class 1or 3 CDL with proper CDL endorsement
- Class 1or 3 Air Brake endorsement

Job Responsibilities:

- Drive gravel trucks routes within assigned territory

Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections, maintain logs, and report any maintenance issues with vehicles or equipment
- Maintain good relations with co-workers and supervisors.
- Follow all company policies and procedures (Safety, Quality, & Service) performing duties that support the company’s safety policies and procedures.

**Salary**: From $32.00 per hour

**Benefits**:

- Paid time off

Flexible Language Requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus pay
- Overtime pay

Licence/Certification:

- Class 1 Licence (preferred)

Shift availability:

- Day Shift (preferred)
