Develops and provides solution for technical support to employees for network infrastructure and internal desktop systems software and hardware.

**Responsibilities**:

- Performs and reviews advanced-level on-site installs, configures and troubleshoots desktop systems, workstations, servers and network issues in a heterogeneous environment
- Manages password maintenance, data integrity and file system security for the desktop environment
- Communicates highly technical information to both technical and nontechnical personnel
- Develops hardware and software solutions, including new acquisitions and upgrades
- Manages the development of information technology and infrastructure projects
- Manages internal or external, client-focused, working in conjunction with Professional Services and outsourcing functions
- Manages company-wide, web-enabled solutions
- Utilizes expertise to provide guidance to other less experienced professionals

**Qualifications**: Minimum Education**:

- Bachelor degree or at least 5+ years of specific experience developing and providing
solution for technical support to employees for network infrastructure and internal desktop
systems software and hardware.

**Minimum Work Experience (years)**:

- 8+ years of experience in IT areas.
- Advanced technical experience in hardware ans software support.

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Bilingual - English and French
- Experience in supporting Windows Computer Systems
- Experience in supporting computer hardware - laptop and desktop
- Experience in supporting Windows and Mac software

- Demonstrated ability to solve end user issues
- Ability to mentor team members.
- Ability to implement new systems and tools
- Experience managing IT documentation processes
