Cambridge, Canada Michal K. - Private Household Full time

I'm an individual with Muscular Dystrophy hiring privately to enable me to live with dignity and independence in my own home. **Requirements**:

- You have experience in caregiving, household management, healthcare, or similar.
- You are able to learn my routines and perform them proficiently without constant prompting. I will rely on you to be self-motivated and self-sufficient within established boundaries.
- You are flexible enough to complete tasks according to my preferences rather than your own. You are able to gracefully receive constructive criticism about your work.

**Schedule**
- Two 12hr shifts (starts Fri. at 10pm and Sat. at 10pm) every other weekend.
- Each shift consists of a 9hr overnight sleep shift (paid at a flat rate) followed by a 3hr morning routine shift (paid at an hourly rate).
