- Hire, Supervise and schedule staff for snow operations

**Qualifications**:

- 3+ years in commercial snow required
- Clean and valid driver’s license
- Expertise in heavy equipment operation
- proficient with "technology " digital logs, spreadsheets, GPS tracking.
- Capable of solving customer service challenges.
- Good customer service skills are essential to handle inquiries and requests professionally.
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Reliability and the ability to respond to emergencies or work during irregular hours, such as nights and weekends, may be required.

**Responsibilities**
- When required Operate snow plow and related equipment to clear snow and ice from roadways, parking lots, and walkways.
- Monitor weather conditions and adjust operations accordingly to ensure timely snow removal.
- Perform routine maintenance on snow removal equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Collaborate with team members to coordinate snow removal efforts effectively.
- Supervise the work of other crew members when necessary, providing guidance and support.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, including hours worked and materials used.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines while operating equipment.

**Skills**
- Proven experience in operating heavy machinery, particularly snow plows.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise and motivate team members.
- Knowledge of landscape maintenance practices is a plus.
- Ability to build effective working relationships with colleagues and stakeholders
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure during adverse weather conditions.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

Opportunity for long term position as construction Manager.

**Job Type**: Fixed term contract
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: $5,000.00-$6,500.00 per month
