Nakile is a 48-bed long-term care facility located in Glenwood, Yarmouth County. Our staff works together to maintain a home-like atmosphere and a healthy workplace. The Recreation Team focuses on quality small groups, age-stage appropriate interventions and best practices for dementia care.
This casual - temporary position requires the use of devices such as tablets, Bluetooth speakers, computer software and other smart devices. Furthermore, knowledge of dementia, especially preventing and responding to responsive behaviours by use of leisure and other methods are necessary skills for this position.
These shifts range from 4hrs to 12hrs, 7 days a week and will vary from 16hrs
