**What will you do at Vroomcrew?**

**Customer service**
Provide exceptional customer service by being upbeat, friendly, and trustworthy
Having clear and concise communication with clients, team, and management
Maintaining company vehicles, equipment, and your workstation to ensure our brand is well represented

**Interior detailing**
Vacuuming full vehicle, cleaning all surfaces with a multipurpose cleaner, and cleaning windows
Perform inspections, keeping complete and accurate records of the vehicle's condition

**Exterior Detailing**
Exterior pressure washing, and exterior wheel cleaning

**What you'll need**:

- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills
- Must be a self-starter who can work effectively and efficiently on own
- Ability to work outdoors and stand on your feet for extended periods in all seasons and conditions - Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
- Ability to follow company processes and guidelines as described in training and procedural documents
- Ability to effectively problem solve, and deliver complete customer satisfaction
- Ability to operate automatic transmission vehicles
- Valid Class 5 driver's license with a clean driver's abstract
- Ability to lift loads of up to 40 lbs
- Ability to work in a flexible environment, coping with last-minute changes smoothly

**Compensation/Benefits**:

- $16.50/hr starting wage
- Earn 100% of tips from completed services (can be > $200 for full-time positions)
- Flexible work schedule
- Employee Wellness Benefit (yearly payment for health related activities)
- Full company uniform allowance (pants, shirts, jackets, boots)
- Autonomous work

**Salary**: $16.50-$20.00 per hour

- 8 hour shift
