Salivan Landscape is a full-service grounds management company offering landscape maintenance, landscape construction, interior plant care and snow removal services to commercial, municipal, multi-tenant and single residential clients across the Greater Toronto Area. We have established an enviable reputation in the higher end market for innovation, quality and customer service that differentiates us from others.

Due to our continuing growth, we are hiring a Foreman to join our flower displays and landscape maintenance team. The Foreman is responsible for organizing and managing the day-to-day operations of their crew and for ensuring quality results. In addition to being a worker on their crew, the Foreman duties also include interacting with clients.

You will receive a competitive wage that is higher than the industry average with full benefits upon the completion of your eligibility period. The benefits include: Life insurance, Extended Health and Dental.

The Foreman is required to have a valid full G license and is expected to be comfortable driving a dump truck or a cube van. At Salivan, we provide hands-on training on operating equipment safely.

**Your Qualifications**:

- Minimum of high school diploma.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience planting flowers at commercial properties and condominiums with at least 3 years of experience working as a Foreman.
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of plant material is a requirement.
- A valid G license.
- Be punctual. Able to arrive at the Salivan facility by 6:30am.
- A positive attitude and collaborative.
- Good verbal and listening skills.
- Maintain a clean, professional appearance at all times.

Pay: From $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 50 per week
