**Responsibilities**:

- Operating lawnmowers, weed whackers, and other landscaping equipment
- Mowing, edging, trimming, and blowing grass and leaves
- Pruning trees and bushes
- Installing landscape features such as rock gardens, walkways, and retaining walls
- Maintaining and repairing equipment as necessary
- Assisting with other landscaping tasks as needed

**Requirements**:

- At least 3 years of experience in landscaping
- Advanced knowledge of lawn mowing and gardening techniques
- Ability to operate and maintain lawn equipment, such as lawn mowers and weed whackers, and more advanced equipment such as tractors, excavators or skid steers.
- Ability to work independently or in a team setting
- Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Must have access to a truck that can haul a trailer
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Physical stamina and ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Flexible availability and willingness to increase hours of work as needed to accommodate changing schedules and workloads.

We will reimburse mileage expenses in accordance with the Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) guidelines.
