**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare documents such as work orders, bill of landing or shipping order to route materials.
- Contact carrier representative to make arrangement or to issue instruction for shipping and delivery of materials.
- Count and verify items throughout warehouse that need to be sent back to vendor.
- Record shipment data such as weight, charges space availability damages or discrepancy for reporting, accounting or record purposes.
- Coordinate with vendor to request and process RTV shipment
- Support fields with regards to RMA, status request, general inquiries, account problems, customers concern.
- Daily follow up of pending or missing RMA.
- Perform additional duties as requested.

Qualifications:

- Administrative experience required
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Intermediate level Microsoft Office programs
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in an office setting
