We are looking to hire Dispensary and Front Store Cashiers. These roles provide an important first point of contact for customers and are generally responsible for:

- Processing cash, credit or debit transactions as well as those purchases made on account.
- Preparing and processing customer orders for delivery.
- Processing returns, exchanges, refunds or credits as per policy.
- Maintaining clean and orderly checkout areas, assist with general maintenance and inventory/ stock management.
- Addressing simple customer complaints or referring more complex customer issues to the Manager, Pharmacist or Pharmacy Technician, depending on the appropriate contact for the issue at hand.
- Answering telephones and redirecting to other departments as requested.
- Accepting prescriptions from customers verifying name and recording appropriate information.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or GED equivalent completed or in progress.
- Previous experience in a similar role is an asset.
- Strong customer service, interpersonal and communication skills
- generally, the ability to provide a great customer experience
- Strong attention to detail
- Able to deal with people sensitively, tactfully, diplomatically, and professionally at all times.
- Strong work ethic and positive team attitude.
- The ability to stand for long periods of time and lift/ move materials.
