Overview:
**Responsibilities**:

- Respond to roadside assistance requests promptly and professionally
- Safely load, transport, and unload vehicles
- Perform basic vehicle inspections and maintenance
- Provide exceptional customer service during interactions
- Maintain accurate records of services provided

**Requirements**:

- Valid drivers license with a clean driving record
- Mechanical knowledge to handle basic vehicle issues
- Strong customer service skills to assist clients effectively
- Load and unload vehicles from various equipment, this may include the use of chains, winches, and dollies.
- On call 5 days a week
- Ensure all equipment is clean and in good working order
- Use of mobile phone dispatching app to accept and complete calls
- Complete invoices and daily paperwork as required
- Communicate with dispatcher, customers, and dispatch providers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Maintain safe driving habits while operating the vehicle
