**Experience Lead Responsibilities**:

- Accountable for delivering the arcana experience for guests and team members alike through your leadership and operational skills
- You lead day-to-day operations on property including:Cabin Servicing - ensuring every cabin is cleaned and perfectly staged for guests
- Communal Amenity Servicing - ensuring all communal amenity buildings are cleanedProperty Maintenance - ensuring grounds are tidy and ready for guestsYou have strong time management skills and strategically manage the day-to-day operations of the site
- You are well informed and stay fully connected to all internal communications, priorities, trainings and program roll outs as required by leadership
- Ensure all aspects of the Arcana experience are tended to and swiftly address any issues with the cabins and property
- Report directly to the Site Manager with goals and accomplishments
- Participate in maintaining and generating daily reports that provide insights on overall site performance
- Nurture positive working relationships with staff and guests
- Supervise all incoming merchandise, inventory par levels and ensure it is stored neatly
- Ensure all company policies and procedures are followed

Under the direction of the Site Manager, you perform/complete other additional projects, duties and assignments as required or requested

**Work Schedule**: Sunday - Wednesday (roughly 10-15 hours per week) Work 2-3 days out of those dates provided
