**Role Overview**

We are seeking an organized, customer focused and driven Student Services Specialist. The Student Service Specialist is a critical role at ILAC at the heart of student services. The Student Services Specialist will report directly to the Campus Manager and will work closely across the ILAC matrix with the Global Sales team, Direct Sales team, scheduling team, school operations, teaching faculty, admission, accommodation, pathway teams providing student services support and the highest quality experience to all our students during their studies at ILAC.

The student services team is the face of ILAC and the first impression students have with our schools.

The role contributes to and maintains a culture of outstanding customer service and exhibits excellent communication and inter-personal skills; projecting a professional and courteous manner at all times when representing the School.

**Key responsibilities and capabilities**
- Taking a customer-centric approach, the Student Services Specialist will be responsible for supporting the student inquiries and experience at their campus.
- Acts as a first point of contact to ILAC students on a campus and online, providing information on day to day life as an ILAC student, including housing requests, facilities, personal safety and student welfare.
- Ensures that all provided student services are customer-focused and expedient.
- Provides academic guidance to the student by using extensive knowledge of ILAC programs and classes.
- Receives students’ class change requests, analyzes individual requests, and reports them to Scheduling team for processing.
- Receives and supports students’ inquiries related to admissions, pathway, homestay; where it may be needed to create and cascade the information accordingly, ensuring all students are serviced based on their needs through the respective departments.
- Liaise between students and departments to provide support at all levels.
- Helps ILAC students with the textbook and activity purchase, upselling the student experience.
- Helps to organize and participates in weekly orientations and intake processing.
- Assists the ACM/CM in the delivery of daily/weekly teacher communication, and day to day building needs at their assigned campus.

- Has a sincere desire to work with international students
- Has demonstrated customer service experience in sales or student counselling capacity
- Has the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining strict attention to details
- Wants to contribute to a positive team environment
- Educated to a degree level
- Complete fluency in **Turkish and English**

- Weekend availability
