**Schedule**:Monday to Friday: 11 AM - 7 PM

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead and supervise a small team of warehouse associates, providing guidance and support to ensure optimal performance and productivity.
- Oversee inventory control processes, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping of goods. Implement strategies to minimize stock discrepancies and improve inventory accuracy.
- Continuously assess warehouse procedures and workflows to identify areas for improvement. Implement efficiency measures to streamline operations and maximize productivity.
- Enforce safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe working environment for all warehouse staff. Conduct regular safety inspections and ensure compliance with company and OSHA standards.
- Collaborate with customer service and sales teams to prioritize orders and ensure timely delivery to customers. Address any customer inquiries or concerns regarding order status or product availability.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to warehouse operations, such as order fulfillment rates, inventory turnover, and on-time delivery. Generate reports and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate cross functional to coordinate inbound and outbound shipments and optimize supply chain processes.

**Qualifications**:

- Must be **bilingual in English and French.**:

- Previous experience in warehouse management or a related field.
- Comfortable driving Cargo van/box truck is a plus.
- Forklift certification and experience operating warehouse equipment is a plus.
- Proven leadership abilities with the capacity to motivate and mentor a team.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with safety regulations and procedures.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

**Salary**: $20.00-$22.00 per hour
