Responsibilities Include:
Provide remote and onsite technical support to end-users inclusive of troubleshooting and repair of hardware and software related issues, including peripheral devices, connectivity to local and wide area networks.Set-up new computer equipment based on a standard configuration.Remote and onsite projects as needed.

Required Skills & Experience:

- Excellent working knowledge of Windows Server through 2012 R2, MS Exchange 2007-Current, Remote Desktop Services, VPNs, etc.
- Excellent working knowledge of SQL server
- Excellent working knowledge of Virtualization (Hyper-V and ESX/VMware) from buildup and deployment to administration is a plus.
- Experience with Desktop PC hardware skills, troubleshooting, diagnostics, cleanups, etc., Server support and troubleshooting a must. Software skills for Office, Office 365, Google Apps and other basic business apps.
- Keen knowledge of networking - TCP/IP, DNS, OSI, firewalls and security. --Prior or Existing Entrepreneur is a plus.
- Excellent English Communication Skills, both verbal and written a must.
- Professional dress, attitude and appearance a must.
- Previous experience in an MSP environment preferred
- CompTIA A+, MCP preferred, Additional IT Certifications a major plus
- Windows and Mac Support knowledge
- Must exhibit positive & proactive nature to follow through on helping customers get the answers they need.
- Must be a self starter, who can work to solve issues independently.
- Must have own reliable car.
- Must be well organized, detail oriented, and able to prioritize numerous tasks
- Must have 5+ years experience providing hands on technical support in a multi-user environment --Experienced with troubleshooting, diagnosing, and problem resolution computer, peripheral and network related issues.
- Solid analytic and problem-solving skills personable and technical skills
- A strong service and work ethic, with a focus on delivering quality service support
- We love documentation, ability to follow standard operating procedures and create new ones where needed. Ability to keep documentation on clients' environments up to date using provided tool set.
