**Full job description**
As a Tire Technician, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and performing various duties related to tire installation, repair, and maintenance. This is a hands-on role that requires mechanical knowledge and the ability to work with power and hand tools.

**Duties**:

- **I**nstall, balance, and rotate tires on customer vehicles.
- **P**erform tire repairs, including patching and plugging.
- **I**nspect tires for wear, damage, and proper inflation.
- **P**rovide exceptional customer service and address any inquiries or concerns.
- **M**aintain a clean and organized work area.
- **C**omplete paperwork accurately and efficiently.

**Qualifications**:

- **P**revious experience in automotive repair or tire installation is preferred.
- **S**trong mechanical knowledge and ability to use power tools effectively.
- **A**bility to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and perform physical tasks such as bending, kneeling, and standing for extended periods of time.
- **F**amiliarity with hand tools commonly used in tire installation and repair.
