Banquet Bartender

**Your duty**:
As a Banquet Bartender you are to ensure customer satisfaction within a team oriented and safe environment. You are to take diplomatic avenues in the event of customer complaints or concerns as well as practising problem solving techniques. This is a team oriented job so if the bar gets to be hectic at times and if you as the bartender feel as though your hands are full, request help from your manager or those who may be working with you at the time. Do not be afraid to offer a helping hand to those team members who may need it if you have spare time. This job aims to guarantee the best possible service and positive experience for each and every guest attending.

**Task**:

- Keeping the venue as tidy as possible and maintaining an organized workplace.
- Bar preparation ready before the guests arrive.
- Ensure the bar is tidy and sanitized, ready for the guests to approach.
- Ensure to maintain a safe workplace using the correct standards for cleaning products and tools.
- Bartending services.
- Maintain bar organization during a rush and while it is empty (clean as you go)
- Late night food service (this is more of a server task but depending on the volume of customers at the bar, you may be asked to help.
- Venue cleared by the end of the night.
- Bartender Ice bins filled and placed back in the fridge before leaving depending on if there is an event the next day.
