**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Donation Processing**:
- Sort and categorize incoming donations efficiently.
- Inspect items for quality and suitability for distribution.
- **Warehouse Organization**:
- Ensure a tidy and organized warehouse space.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize warehouse layout for efficiency.
- **Clothing Care**:
- Launder and prepare clothing items for distribution.
- Inspect garments for damage or defects and take appropriate action.
- Follow established procedures for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards.
- **Team Collaboration**:
- Work collaboratively with fellow volunteers and staff.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions.
- Contribute ideas and suggestions for process improvement
**Qualifications**:
- A passion for community service and helping those in need.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining cleanliness and order.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
