**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Greet patients warmly and assist them with the check-in process.
- Schedule appointments and manage patient flow to optimize clinic efficiency.
- Maintain accurate patient records in electronic medical records systems.
- Communicate effectively with patients regarding their treatment plans and any necessary follow-up care.
- Coordinate with healthcare providers to ensure seamless patient care.
- Handle patient inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns promptly.
- Assist in managing billing and insurance processes as needed.
- Assist with patient referrals, ensuring smooth transitions and effective communication with referring providers.
- Guide patients through completing insurance forms and submitting necessary documentation.
- Ensure compliance with all health regulations and office policies.

**Qualifications**
- Proficiency in medical terminology is essential.
- Experience with electronic medical records systems is preferred.
- Previous experience in a medical office setting is highly desirable.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are required.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with patients and staff.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism.
- A compassionate approach to patient care is essential for success in this role.
