Working with the GL & OTC Manager, ERP the Specialist ERP RTR will be responsible for driving the implementation of the end to end process and deliverables for the General Ledger (“GL”) stream of the US Utility Integration ERP implementations.

**What You Will Do**:

- Lead the implementation of enterprise-wide GL solutions for US Utility Integration
- Responsible for working with the business to determine all GL business requirements
- Work with Subject Matter Experts (“SMEs”), and TIS to determine if any unique GL & OTC design requirements are required for US Utility Integration, and provide input on the end to end solutions required.
- Implement enterprise-wide ERP processes, based on current guiding principles
- Work with the change management team to identify and assess change impacts and ensure appropriate documentation, training manuals and user guides. This includes inspiring change across the work stream and stakeholders, as well as delivery of face to face training where necessary.
- Prepare, review and validate test scripts and results
- Identify risks and potential solutions to Subledger Manager and Program Management’s attention, assisting in coming up with mitigations where appropriate.
- Hands on working with SI on all deliverables for respective stream including test strategy, deliverable strategy, Business Process Master List, RICEW list.
- Although this role is predominately GL focused, due to the size of the team, may be required to be involved in other aspects of the program, including, but not limited to, Acquire to Retire, Fixed Assets, Accounts Payable, and Order to Cash.

**Who You Are**:
**Required**:

- Significant experience with Enbridge’s Oracle Cloud GL solutions
- Experience in ERP implementations
- Related university degree and/or professional designation.
- Fully qualified level role typically with 7 or more years of directly related experience.
- Proven interpersonal, communication, negotiation, influence and leadership skills. Verbal and written communication typically consists of the coaching, mentoring, motivating and ensuring organizational objectives are translated into the department’s activities
- Proven ability to be innovative, initiate, lead or manage change
- Demonstrate critical thinking and problem solving skills.
- Proven ability of working under pressure in an unstructured environment.

**Preferred**:
Experience supporting or leading operational improvement

**Physical Requirements include but are not limited to**:
Grasping, kneeling, light - moderate lifting (objects up to 20 pounds), reaching above shoulder, repetitive motion, typing, sitting, standing, visual requirement (able to see screens, detect color coding, read fine print), hearing requirement and the ability to sit at a computer for long periods of time.
