**About Us**
Metropolitan Hospitality is a growing hotel and restaurant management company. We are based in Victoria and expanding on Vancouver Island. The Elk Lake Inn (formerly Howard Johnson) will be converting to a Holiday Inn January of 2023.
**Your day to day**
A dynamic, hands on leader to inspire our team at the brand new renovated Lakes Restaurant & Bar to continue to wow our customers. Restaurant, lounge and small banquet rooms, staff training, administration ,and sales should be in your repertoire. This position will be 1/2 time on the floor and 1/2 time in admin. SOCIAL MEDIA SKILLS ARE A MUST, as is catering knowledge
**What we need from you**
Serving it Right, experience in FOH training and banquet execution.
