**TYCROP **is looking for a **Paint Prepper** to join our team in the Fraser Valley.

**Responsibilities**:

- Cleaning, masking and sanding of parts, components and majors
- Examine all parts for defects
- Locate and remove imperfections prior to primer
- Assists Painter(s) to load and unload paint booths
- Lift/move parts and components
- Prepare and maintain prep equipment and tools for safety & cleanliness
- Perform other duties as assigned

**Specific Skills**:

- Able to use basic hand tools - sanders/grinders/polishes/utility knives
- Ability to lift 50 lbs/ Manual Dexterity
- Provide working environment that is clean & healthy
- Demonstrate teamwork & commitment to ongoing training for success in position
