_**We are looking for a Finance Specialist who has worked in the Manufacturing Industry. The Finance Specialist will be responsible for Accounts Receivable, Financial reporting, and Report/Data analysis for both the US and Canadian entities. You must have a University/College degree in Accounting or related major and have 5+ years of strong financial acumen and knowledge of accounting principles. Extremely detail oriented you also have a working knowledge of ERP systems and Intermediate Excel skills. You will have excellent communication and relationship building skills in order to interact successfully with the accounting departments of our customers**_

**Responsibilities**
- Accounts Receivable - Ensure timely payments and limit bad debt.
- Account Deposits - Deposit and record of checks received and ensure accuracy of payments received.
- Credit Card - Process payments of credit card payments from customers.
- Financial Reporting - Prepare and review financial reports of the company for submission to management, government entities and depository banks.
- Financial Accuracy - Prepare journal entries in our ERP system and ensure accurate transactions have taken place. Perform reconciliation of bank account and intercompany accounts. Prepare and provide requirements of the auditors.
- Invoicing - Issue invoices promptly to our customers and sales partners. Ensure that all shipments are all accounted for.
- Commissions and Rebates - Calculate and communicate with recipients.
- Credit Line of Customers - Conduct credit investigation and approve credit lines.
- Buying Groups - Submit sales reports as required.
- Maintenance of Schedules of GL Accounts
- Foreign Exchange Rates - Research, communicate, and enter exchange rates
- Tax Requirements - Prepare needed information and assist in the returns.
- Budget - Provide information and assist in the preparation.

**Qualifications**:
**- 5 to 10 years of accounting experience**

**- University or college degree in accounting or related majors**

**- Strong financial acumen and knowledge of accounting principles**

**- Working knowledge with ERP systems, Excel, and other reporting tools**

**- Extremely Detail oriented**

**- Customer oriented.**

**Salary**: $58,000.00-$68,000.00 per year
