**Job Statement**:

**Responsibilities**:

- Supervision of a single crew (typically 3 people)
- Cut grass, rake, aerate, dethatch, fertilize and water lawns, weed gardens, prune shrubs and trees and perform other maintenance duties as directed by the supervisor.
- Spread topsoil, lay sod, plant flowers, grass, shrubs and trees and perform other duties to assist with the construction and maintenance of sites.
- Operate and maintain power mowers, tractors, chain saws, electric clippers, sod cutters, pruning saws, snowblowers and other landscape maintenance equipment.
- Perform other manual duties to clean and maintain landscaped environments, such as litter pick up, shovelling snow, and salting walkways in the winter.

Qualifications:

- Minimum 5 years experience in snow removal, landscaping and groundskeeping management
- Minimum 2 years experience with supervising crews
- Must have experience with zero-turn lawn mower
- Must have a G driver's license with clean driver's license abstract
- Able to work under adverse weather conditions
- Able to work flexible hours during winter

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $22.00-$25.00 per hour
