**About us**

We are a family oriented program that care for children and youth with mental health related challenges.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide supervision and guidance to youth in a safe and supportive environment at home.
- Drive youth to and from school, games and other recreational activities.
- Ability to explore cooking mutiple recipies or willing to learn.
- Plan and implement educational and recreational activities for youth
- Foster positive relationships with youth and serve as a positive role model
- Assist with homework help and academic support
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all youth
- Collaborate with other staff members to create a cohesive program

Qualifications:

- Experience working with youth with mental health realated challenges.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively educate and engage youth
- Patience, empathy, and the ability to connect with young people
- Must be fun and loving (full of good energ)
- Ability to maintain a positive and inclusive environment for all participants

**Schedule**

**Weekend 12hr rotations** _(7am-7pm)_

**Night -Weekend **_(7pm-7am)_

**Weekday 8hr Shifts (** _7am-3pm, 3pm-11pm, 11pm-7am)_
- Here are the hours currently available. These hours are fixed and require consistency._
- **Must live in the North East /North West - Calgary **_
- **Must be eligible to legally work in Canada.**_

Proficiency in any of the following languages is not mandatory but is considered an asset; Cree, Ojibwe, Inuktitut.
