**PR Mechanical Ltd. **is a fast-growing mechanical and plumbing company that specializes in new construction and tenant improvement projects, including multi-unit residential & mixed-use projects. We are looking to expand our team and hire an experienced and dependable full-time **Mechanical Estimator with plumbing experience.**

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Examination of tender/bid documents and preparation of detailed Plumbing/HVAC/Mechanical labour and material estimates.
- Evaluate tenders for bidding
- Preparation of detailed Plumbing/HVAC labour and material estimates.
- Review documents or consult experts to collect all necessary data
- Preparation detailed reports or bids for submission to appropriate parties
- Review contract documents including general conditions, tender form, drawings, and required price breakdowns
- Review and execution of Change Orders, RFI’s, and MSI’s.
- Coordination, document control and organization of project tasks
- Foster relationships with key vendors and collaborate with the Project Managers, Procurement and Management
- Use and the ability to use management and estimating software.

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Minimum 3-4 years' experience working on mechanical projects
- Plumbing experience
- Knowledge of bid preparation and bid closing
- Experience with Procore preferred
- Knowledge of Trimble Auto-Bid is a bonus
- Extensive knowledge of bid preparation and bid-closing
- Strong mathematical and mechanical aptitude
- Excellent ability to read and interpret blueprints
- Exceptional communication and teamwork skills - must be able to work well with customers, suppliers, management, and co-workers
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Time management and organizational skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Must currently live in the Lower Mainland
- Work in our Delta office

**Salary**: $100,000.00-$110,000.00 per year
