**Job Details**
- The TDS Interest Rates Curve Changes team within Transformation Delivery in the TDS Infrastructure Team serves as a centralized function for managing the intake, assessment, prioritization, planning and implementation processes surrounding interest rate curve changes in TDS. A streamlined and efficient stakeholder engagement framework is used to ensure that all relevant considerations (requirements, impacts, constraints, cross-dependencies, strategic direction) are factored into prioritization decisions and implementation approach.
- The TDS Interest Rates Curve Changes team partners closely with stakeholder groups from across the organization including (but not limited to) Front Office, Trading Business Management, Technology, Quantitative Analytics,, Capital Markets Risk Management, Market Risk Control, and Model Validation in support of implementing new interest rate curves across the dealer- Leverage deep domain and delivery experience and well-established relationships to deliver innovative solutions to complex problems.
- Display an advanced capital markets business knowledge and skillset typically obtained through 5+ years of experience within a specific domain(s).
- Formulate recommendations regarding delivery approach after consultation with key stakeholder groups on estimated effort, resource availability, cross-program dependencies and other implementation constraints.
- Provide ongoing leadership throughout the various stages of the curve change cycle from intake, prioritization, planning, implementation and go-live.
- Structure detailed implementation plans and hold stakeholders accountable for progress against established scope and timelines.
- Demonstrates excellent interpersonal and presentation skill to communicate benefits or issues to stakeholders for decision makings/escalations.
- Ability to influence partners and ensure appropriate transparency, reporting and escalation.
- Provide guidance/expertise in alleviating roadblocks throughout all stages of delivery.
- Anticipate delivery risks/issues and mitigate accordingly, ensure timely resolution of impediments, escalate as required.
- Provide effective challenge to existing processes and work effort estimates provided by impacted stakeholder groups.
- Should have at least 2 years' experience with project delivery/scrum coaching through leading streams and/or representing a business in a large program.
- Be on top of project budgeting and forecast and be able to report project financials monthly
- Stay energized, productive, and focused in the face of challenges, ambiguity, change or strenuous demands
- May entail opportunities to rotate onto other initiatives within TDS Transformation Delivery as business priorities and demands arise.

**Job Requirements**
- In-depth familiarity with one or more of the following functional areas: technology, risk management, quantitative analytics, front office, or business management.
- Familiarity with a variety of financial product types/asset classes acquired through previous tenure in a capital markets role.
- Established rapport with a wide range of senior stakeholders throughout the bank.
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Pro-active in developing and implementing strategies that significantly mitigate delivery risk.
- Superior inter-personal skills including conflict resolution, influencing and negotiation.
- Strong working knowledge of delivery methodology and collaboration tools including JIRA and Confluence and using Agile approaches.
- Flexibility to adapt to unfamiliar, ambiguous or changing conditions.
- Ability to make business decisions based upon sound judgement.
- University degree or equivalent
- CFA or FRM designation an asset
- Masters Degree in related discipline an asset
