Position Summary

We manufacture precast for industrial, commercial, agricultural, and civil infrastructure and have built an outstanding name in the construction industry. **Job Description**:

- Assist with the production of a variety of precast projects
- Cleaning, reinforcing, pouring, framing, and other tasks related to the production of precast
- Prepared to work hands-on and receive on-the-job training
- Follow directions and work with a crew or independently
- Safely operate a variety of power and hand tools
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Work in a fast-paced environment with the ability to adhere to all company safety policies and procedures
- Troubleshoot problems and report to foremen or supervisor

Assets
- Basic understanding of construction principles

**Requirements**:

- Available to work evening and night shifts
- Minimum 44 hours per week, must be flexible and willing to work overtime
- Occasional Saturday shift required
- Must be physically fit to perform demanding work for extended periods of time
- The ability to lift at least 50lbs and be comfortable with heights with proper safety restraints
- A basic understanding of construction principles is considered an asset
- The ability to work under mínimal supervision
- Must be punctual and reliable
- Valid class 5 license and reliable transportation to drive to the shop every day
- Willing to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
