- Hours: 4on 4off rotation 0800 - 2000

- Summary:
This position is supporting a female individual in her home. This is a temporary position with an unknown end date. It is anticipated that this position will be 3+ months and 2+ weeks’ notice will be given to end the position. Assistance required with all areas of daily living skills. Must be available to transport and support the individual in accessing Lethbridge Outreach Program, recreation, and leisure in her community. Must have a positive attitude with the ability to motivate while providing supports.
- Qualifications:
Diploma in Rehabilitation and/or related education (preferred).
Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities.
Experience providing personal care and behavioral supports required.
A clear criminal record check including the vulnerable sector is required.
Emergency First Aid/CPR, APRP, PBS, SIVA and Medication Administration certifications are required or must be obtained within 90 days, training provided through agency or provide your current certification.
Reliable vehicle, class 5 driver’s license, clean drivers abstract, and $2,000,000 liability required.
Experience with Outlook, Microsoft word, and computer use required.
- Salary: $19.75 - $20.32 and is dependent on education and experience.
